How Booked Meetings Factor Into Revenue Influence Reports
Last updated: April 18, 2026
Influ2 helps you understand how your campaigns drive real sales outcomes by tracking by tracking meetings that are booked after serving ads or receiving signals from your target audience. This connection—between ad exposure and actual sales conversations—is what makes your influence metrics credible and actionable.
How Influ2 measures meeting influence
Influ2 captures influence on a booked meeting if a click or 15+ impressions are detected within 15 days before the meeting date, or if sales conversations led directly to that meeting being booked.
Two ways to measure influence on booked meetings:
Reading CRM Activities - Influ2 can track meetings by reading:
- Salesforce: Tasks or Events
- HubSpot: Engagements
The required information is the same across platforms—you need the meeting type and date.
Reading Deal Stages - Alternatively, you can measure influence based on deal stage changes. Examples include:
- Demonstration completed
- Demo booked
- Discovery call scheduled
You choose which deal stages or meeting types matter most for tracking.
Choosing which meetings to track
Influ2 lets you define the meeting types that actually drive your business. Whether it's demos, discovery calls, or another type entirely, setup can be customized to fit your sales process. Your Implementation Manager or Customer Success Manager can help you configure or adjust these rules anytime.
Meeting influence is tracked at the buying group level
When any member of a buying group books a meeting, it appears in your Buying Group Report and reflects in your Influence Dashboard. This gives you a complete view of how your ads contribute to real conversations with decision-makers and influencers—the people who actually move deals forward.
What this means for you
By defining which CRM activities or deal stages count as meetings—with help from your IM or CSM—Influ2 gives you clear visibility into how your programs drive meaningful interactions. You can connect marketing activity directly to sales results.
